Ingredients for 4 people: 320g of Gran Gallo Arborio rice, 110g of thinly sliced smoked provola cheese, 20g of chopped walnut kernels, 20g of coarsely chopped pistachios 1/2 finely chopped onion. 80g of butter, 1 glass of white wine, 1 l of vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
